Jeff works with first time buyers, second home buyers, investors, downsizers, and multifamily owners. He also handles commercial leases and purchases. Jeff has experience working with developers on small residential subdivisions and larger mixed use projects that combine commercial and residential space. Born and raised in Winchester, Jeff had to move to Canton in 2006 after marrying a Canton native. He has deep roots in the community. Jeff holds multiple professional designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist®, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and Resort and Second Property Specialist. He stays current on market trends, contracts, and best practices through an active statewide professional network.
Outside of real estate, Jeff volunteers with local Scouting groups, serves on Canton’s Walk, Bike and Hike Committee, Chapter President of Keep Canton Beautiful and spends time hiking, camping, golfing, and supporting local businesses in his community. At home, he enjoys time with his wife, two children, cats, and a backyard flock of chickens.
